Coastal Croppers Fall Crop Sept. 5-7

Join us for a weekend of cropping fun at our annual Coastal Croppers Fall Crop.  It will be held Sept. 5-7 at Camp Whispering Pines in Citronelle.  Every spring and fall we have a blast cropping the days (and nights!) away.  The crop fee is still $150 and includes 2 night hotel stay, 6 meals, plentiful cropping space, group workshop project, snacks, games, and more!  Come finish up those albums and see all the new projects and products for 2014-2015.  Early bird special--If I receive your payment by Aug. 15th, you will receive a FREE stamp set in your crop package.  Reservation and final payments due by Sept. 1st.  Cash, check, and credit cards accepted.

January's bunco was a smashing success!  Everyone had a blast.  Our big Bunco winner was Danielle and we made a Valentine's Day card to give to our favorite someone.  February's bunco night will be Friday, Feb. 7 at 6:30pm.  First 12 ladies to RSVP will be guaranteed spots.  Everyone else will be placed on the waiting/sub list. RSVP with payment by Feb. 5th. See attachment for Bunco details.

Regular monthly crop night will be moved to Saturday, February 1st (6-11pm) for this month since we have a short month, and the weekend crop the last Friday of the month. Remember that your first crop night and every 5th monthly crop night are FREE.

Saturday, Feb. 15th is club day.  Come make 4 layout pages using the new Skylark paper pack. 9am-noon Cost is $20 for basic kit, $34.92 for WOTG kit including stamp set, and extra accessory. RSVP with payment by Feb. 1st.

Tuesday, Feb. 25 Fast & Simple Class Babycakes paper pack 4 page Layout class and 2 cards.  $20 includes full paper pack and sticker set, as well as card bases. You will have enough left over paper for other projects.  RSVP with payment by Feb. 11th.

Coastal Croppers Spring Crop was a Success!

We had a FABULOUS time at our Spring Crop this past weekend.  It was so much fun and several of the girls commented on how relaxing it was to get away and just do something they felt they had been putting off-taking time for them and to document those memories. Here's a recap of some of the things we did:

We had a layout challenge using a page from the new Surf’s Up paper pack. (p. 52 in the Spring/Summer Idea Book) Here is one entry:

The challenges are always optional, so if you don’t want to take away from your crop time by participating, you don’t have to.

  

We had lots of cool door prizes, with opportunities to earn extra tickets throughout the crop.  The food was delicious and the best part was we didn’t have to fix it, or clean it up! 

The last day, we always have croppers pick one project they completed over the weekend and then everyone votes for their favorite.  We had a 3 way tie for the winner!  Here are our scrappin’ celebrities with their winning entries:
